Shipping & Delivery

1. Most order are shipped out within 1 or 2 business days after they are placed. Some Items can take up to 10 business days to ship out. Orders that are received before 2 PM P.S.T/5 PM E.S.T will be shipped out on same business day. Orders received after those times will be sent out next following business day.

2. All Next day, second day & three day select orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed and shipped the next UPS business day.

3. All orders received on the weekends or on holidays will be shipped on the next following business day.

4. All orders received from Continental US will be sent out via UPS Ground or LTL Freight, you can expect your product to arrive in 5-10 business days.

Returns & Replacements

You have 30 days to exchange or 30 days return any item. For the fastest and easiest service, please follow these guidelines:     

   1. List The Item(s) that you are returning
   2. Note the reason for the return or exchange.
   3. If you are exchanging an item please check our site for stock availability and let us know what you would like to replace the item with.
   4. We highly recommend packages that are being sent back to our warehouse be sent by UPS Ground or any carrier that can provide tracking information. Please keep the tracking number for your records.
   5. We do not refund shipping charges on Returned orders.
   6. All items returned will be credited to the original credit card used for purchase.
   7. We cannot accept a return of any opened TARP packages. It is the responsibility of the customer to measure the are in which the tarp will be used prior to ordering. It is important to read all item descriptions carefully. Some tarp products, such as the canopy replacement covers, refer to the replacement frame size and not he actual tarp size. This means that the actual size of the tarp cover will be two feet larger than the frame dimension to accommodate for the rise of peak on  frame structures. Under no circumstances will any tarp return be credited if the package has been opened or altered in any way.

Viewing Orders

Changes for an address correction

If the wrong information was placed on an order i.e. house address, incorrect zip code, no apartment number etc) a $5.00 charge will be incurred for ground shipments and a $10.00 charge for all air shipments if an adjustment is needed after an order has been shipped out. Incorrect order information can also create a longer shipping period. Make sure to check your shipping order information before an order is placed.
FedEx and UPS charges a fee for incorrect shipping information. Canopymart understands mistakes happen and we will take every step to make sure your order is corrected and shipped out immediately.
When your order is complete, an email confirmation of your order will be sent to you. A seconded email confirmation will be sent one to two days later when your order has been shipped. This email will include tracking information for your shipment so you may track your order. You can contact us any time for inquires about tracking your order at with include your name and order number.


If you need to cancel an order, you must notify customer service within 1 to 6 hours after your order was placed. Because of we normally ship out all the orders within 1 business day. We ship a large volume of orders and work with many different vendors around the country. Due to this fact, canceled orders take time to locate and process and in some instance may ship before the order can be intercepted.
If the order has already shipped it cannot be canceled and the customer will have to follow normal return procedures, which include the responsibility of return freight charges. Any item refused in transit will receive credit on the merchandise only, minus both the outgoing and return shipping charges.
