What are your hours of operations?

Office Hours are Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM. Order received over the weekend will be processed and shipped Monday.

How can I return/exchange an order?

Canopymart offers a 30 day return policy on all products sold as long as an original receipt is present. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. All items are in their original condition and packaging - especially, no returns or exchanges on opend tarps and covers.
Shipping charges to our return department are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, if the product is determined to be defective a full credit minus the original shipping charges will be applied to the customer's credit card.
If any returned item is determined to be damaged due to usage, negligence or acts fo nature, credit for that item will be denied.


How do we cancel an order?

Please call us immediately for instructions. Because of our quick processing time, we cannot guarantee cancellations after an order has been confirmd and processed.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card) & personal or company checks. (We will ship out the order only after checks received.)


Where do you ship to?

Canopymart ships to the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.


What shipper do you use?

We ship our standard and heavy duty models by UPS. Our commercial frame canopies MUST be shipped by Common Carrier Freight (tractor trailer). Shipping charges are calculated by the total weight of the shipment and what state it is being shipped to.


Can I have my order shipped express?

We can ship express via UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air Service. After adding items to the online basket simply enter you zip code into the 'Calculate Shipping/Tax' box to view costs for all shipping options. Orders received before 1 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day (Mon.-Fri.)


Do you ship to an A.P.O. Address?

Yes. We ship by U.S. Poster Service to A.P.O. Address.


How fast can the item be shipped?

All items that ship from our CA warehouse normally process and ships the same day. If the item comes from one of our other warehouse it may take 24-48 hours for processing before shipping.


What does denier mean?

The Denier weight of the top will determin the thickness of the top cover and help determine the overall quality of the canopy. The higher the denier weight the thicker the tarp cover. A 600 denier canopy is considered a commercial grade canopy.


Are all canopies universal?

No. Canopies made by different manufactures are normally not interchangeable.

Please refer to the table below. Please also note that all canopies come in multiple boxes EXCEPT canopy kits which are packaged in one box.

Can I return my replacement tarp after it has been opened?

No. Once the package has been opened, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
